Multi-store attribution platform
An AI chatbot on every channel, a dashboard that traces each dollar from ad to invoice, and a CRM migration onto accounts the client owns.
- Four-location phone repair chain
- AI agents, CRM, Dashboards

Track one: the chatbot
One AI assistant answers on WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and the website forms. It quotes from a single pricing brain, offers the bundle on screen repairs, quotes trade-ins before sales, and falls back to live inventory. When a person is needed, the handoff goes to a team member's own WhatsApp.
Track two: the dashboard
Four store-level sync workflows pull invoices from the point-of-sale system one by one, because its bulk endpoint drops data. They feed a Supabase schema of 67 tables and views and a five-tab dashboard: overview, marketing, team performance, operations and technician.
Numbers that explain themselves
Fifty-seven info icons inside the dashboard document each metric's source, its calculation and how far to trust it. Known gaps in the upstream data are stated next to the number they affect.
Track three: ownership
The CRM moved off a white-label account onto one the client owns: sub-accounts, contacts, integrations, messaging connections and phone numbers. A live Messenger pipeline now captures the ad ID on each conversation and resolves it to a campaign.
