Comes in

- Buyer scraper
Runs through
- Make.com
- GoHighLevel
- FastAPI on Railway
Goes out
- Email and SMS
- Calling pipelines
Two paths to a buyer
The first campaign works the vetted list: it matches buyers by county, copies every property field onto a per-buyer opportunity and sends email and SMS automatically. The second pulls fresh buyers through a scraper service running on Railway, creates their opportunities and lets the operator choose who to email.
Details that matter
Email templates read from opportunity fields, not contact fields, so one buyer can receive several properties without the messages overwriting each other. Duplicate checks and stripped action fields stop workflows from firing twice.
Where it ends up
Every buyer opportunity feeds the calling pipelines. Seven Make.com scenarios run in production, handling scrape triggers, buyer routing, cross-account property copies and audit reads.
