What it does
Logic One is a full sales communication suite. AI voice agents call and qualify leads, then hand the ready ones to a rep with the context attached. Around that sit a power and predictive dialer, SMS and MMS campaigns, AI text replies, call QA and coaching, and roleplay training for reps.
How it’s built
Next.js 15 with PostgreSQL and Prisma. Telephony runs on Twilio, voice agents on Retell AI and Gemini Live through Pipecat. Pipeline and CRM sync goes through Merge.dev and GoHighLevel, including an embed that runs inside a GoHighLevel account.
Built for agencies too
White-label sub-accounts let an agency resell the platform under its own name. Billing is a pay-as-you-go wallet on Stripe, so usage is charged as it happens instead of by seat.
