The job
The company sells, services and inspects heavy-duty vehicle lifts, and it ran that service work on paper. LiftOps puts the whole lifecycle in one mobile-first app that installs to the home screen.
What is inside
Customer and location records, an equipment registry, digital lift inspections, job scheduling and dispatch, and a searchable catalog of more than 3,000 parts with AI-assisted estimate building. Technicians in the field and staff in the office each get a dashboard built for their role.
How it holds together
Supabase provides Postgres, auth, storage and realtime, with row-level security enforced across seven user roles. GoHighLevel stays the CRM source of truth and n8n handles the automation between them. In-app notifications and web push keep the crew in sync.
